The Visual Resources Association (also known as VRA) is an international organization for image media professionals.. Committees: ARLIS/NA welcomes all members to volunteer and serve on committees and groups, or in a leadership position. These committees provide a core service within the society and new member involvement is a vital piece of our growth as an association.

A call for committee volunteers will go out to members in the last quarter of each. The chapter meets twice a year, supporting our professional network, sharing information and visiting member institutions.

We welcome all interested members of ARLIS/NA and all students enrolled in regional library and information science programs to become members of the Midstates Chapter.

Participation in our meetings is open to all. Committees: ARLIS/NA welcomes all members to volunteer and serve on committees and groups or in a leadership position.

The Southeast Chapter of ARLIS/NA established the LoPresti Publication Award Competition in to recognize and encourage excellence in art publications issued in the Southeastern United States.
